The principles of improvisation (rules of improvisation) can be applied outside of theater because our life is all about improvisation because we always improvise. An example is when you want to go to a party but you are not allowed to go to it, so you start by lying (making something up as an excuse to go out) for example you need to go study with a group of students in your friends house.

in drama we take how improvisation can connect theatre subjects because when you want to feel something and connect it to another you improvise to create a product with meaning behind it. For example, when you listen to a song and paint it you improvise through obstacles like timing, you start to paint with your hand to do it faster.

Connection is important because one of the things you need to do when your improvising is to stay on topic so when you stay on topic you still need to connect to your other mates while your preforming so if you didnt connect it wont work so we must know how connect for example we connected in our summative a song to a canvas we painted the canvas and made a connection between the song and canvas without planing exactly that we are drawing about the song
