Below is the copy of the protocol. All balls are numbered and the building attendant clipboard will have the sign-up sheet. There is a combination lock to the “Community Ball’ cage that only the building attendants have access too. The Jr. Jazz ball cage is also labeled with a combination lock as well, I am the only one with that code. Also, we NOW have a lost and found bin that is kept in the large gym closet.
