I have been working in the international office for 7 years. We tend to welcome approx. 800 incoming Exchange students per academic year. The whole admissions process, course collection, mobility documents, internal internationalization etc. is managed by a team of 2 full timers and 2-3 student assistants. Thanks to the recent leap in digitalization, I feel that our team could have more space to start looking deeper into the students' wellbeing while studying at VSE. I've been working in the International Experience team supporting international students since 2016. I am really looking forward to learning how to better support our international students with their mental health needs and to be able to provide appropriate support when they are in need.
