I think the feedback section was really good. Could the Pendleton's model be the start of the supervision, keeping the focus using a cycle model but allows them to led without realising.

Rosie, your presentation seems to be a really good starter for your assignment. If you can essay what you have just discussed, I think you will already have the body of your essay. There is a lot of content there so you might have to focus in on perhaps just a few of the points you discussed or you might struggle with your word allowance. Well done.

I think you have really highlighted the significant changes in the transition back to a student role in mammography. Pastoral and their reflective practice definitely needs to be considered. GenZ do not appear to be as resilient from the research.
