The Battle of Berlin was one of the final battles of WWII. This battle took place from April 23, 1945, to May 2, 1945. After it became clear to Hitler Germany was going to lose the fight he went to his bunker and committed suicide. He shot himself in the head on April 30th, 1945. The fall of Berlin was the defeat of Nazi Germany.

The Yalta conference was held on February 4th, 1945 with the US and it's allide powers which were the United Kingdom and the Soviet union. There they tried to discuss the post-war organization and the war's conclusion.

The Battle of the Bulge was Germany's attempt to stop the Allies. In December 1944, Hitler planned to break through the Allied lines in the west. He wanted to weaken the Allies so they wouldn't be able to invade germany. Germany made a surprise attack which did help them push into more of Belgium but in the end, Germany was forced to retreat with their weakened army. This was Germany's last attempt to stop the Allies from advancing in Europe.
