This paradigm shows if you have a fixed or growth mindset. A fixed mindset is where once you fail you think you will never succeed in that specific topic and never try again. A growth mindset is where you think that you can always learn from your mistakes and try again until you succeed. Also a person with a growth mindset believes they can always improve. This picture connects to this paradigm because people with growth mindsets flourish like trees while people with fixed mindsets become bare of knowledge like trees in the winter.

Risk Taker

This paradigm shows how you would handle risks. A risk averse is someone who would never take a risk. An average risk taker would take sensible or favorable risks. Along with risk takers who are people who take a risk no matter what. This paradigm picture connects to this paradigm because risk takers vote for their favorite teams with the risk of being called a bandwagon if they like the best team. A risk averse would like a lesser team to eliminate the risk of being called a bandwagon. An average risk taker might or might not depending on the teams status.
