Matrics is for RICS members (student or otherwise) generally below 35 years of age. They put on some good, low cost CPD events, particularly useful for those looking to sit their APC sometime soon and for networking. Events are located in Manchester, Cornwall, Leeds, Nottingham, Birmingham, Newcastle, London and many other areas. I know that there are some Matrics events in other countries too, Australia particularly (https://www.rics.org/oceania/training-events/) but have a look around for more.
