Like Thaddeus said, offer workshops or training, trauma manifests differently across cultures, so we need to recognize that too. Do something with feedback you get, collecting it is one thing, but acting upon it is another. Managers should be more in tune with people's strengths and build confidence rather than their weaknesses. Normalize taking time off to recharge and prioritize personal well-being. - LB

Don't bully or humiliate another co-worker when they make errors or mistakes. Don't berate an employee if he/she notices a mistake you made. Treat everyone equally and professionally. Allow burnt out and stressed workers to use their vacation time without stipulations resulting in the use of sick time instead of vacation time. Supervisors should maintain communication with their staff and promote a healthy and safe work environment. Don't let anyone from the team feel like they're being neglected and left behind. Telework might alleviate some stress due to having the luxury to work from home instead of dealing with the drive through traffic to get to the office. Unfortunately telework isn't allowed for everyone working in this branch.

Would like to see annual/recurring trainings that help to remind everyone in our branch about the importance of trauma informed care, using gender inclusive language, etc. I feel that the online trainings we take every year isn't as helpful as it would be done in person. If done in person, we would be able to foster meaningful conversations. While I know a whole day of training for the entire branch isn't realistic, can we consider a schedule where 5-8 staff members participate, and we take an entire week to host the training?

Additionally, I feel that supervisors would benefit the most from trainings that help to build their supervisory roles, this includes in-person options as well.
