in the year 2018,take a trip in october to the coffee region,wich consisted of 4 day,the travel was my mom,my father and brother.
In the first day,We brackfast after  go to the tour of the Recuca park,did several coffee tours and had lunch we also drossed up as a traditions coffee family.
On the second day we went  Arrieros park where we got to know the arriera culture where they explained the history of coffe in the country,in this place we also traditionally had lunch.
The third day  We had the pleasure of knowing a place very full of life ans tranquility,such as Salento,a very tipical place to visit ,and end the day at the thermalspring of Santa Rosa of caval.
On the fourth and last day we went to the coffee park,one of the most recognized place in the world for the greaqt quantity and qualitity of the amusement park that is place.

 recommendations:
- Visit parks such as the Arrieros,Recuca,Panaca and you can never miss the Coffee park.

I like to play soccer and exercise.In 2015, I went on a trip to Santa Marta in the month December with my parents, my sister and some family friends.I was in Santa Marta for 5 days, in which I was able to see many places and live unique experiences.I went to see Tayrona Park, I walked several hours to get to the most beautiful beach in the park.I went swimming at different beaches with my parents.I went for rides in the car and meet Santa Marta.I was able to eat a lot of fish and coconut rice.I also met many exotic animals that live on the beaches.I was able to take many photos to remember the trip.I was able to sunbathe and rest on the beach.It was an excellent trip in which I shared with my family and I have beautiful memories.If someone travels to Santa Marta, I recommend bringing a lot of sunscreen to avoid burning, also comfortable clothes and a bathing suit, that they ate a lot of fish, coconut rice and all the typical food there.It is a great experience that everyone must live.  the best experience I had during a trip was in sports in Santander-Puente Nacional. I went last year in January and I was doing what I like which is playing soccer, that place is 5 hours from Bogotá, and  I had great moments with friends and family since my parents came to accompany me and support me that place is very warm and the atmosphere as people is very good.
