• They then watched a Discovery Education video on light and color in an EdPuzzle.  Students then participated in a color test that showed whether or not they viewed colors differently.

• They watched a Flocabulary on the concepts they learned yesterday and reviewed their AEIOU's and continued learning about the Mycenaeans and Minoans of ancient Greece.  
• Mrs. Lewis's students also watched a video from Discovery Education Streaming Plus individually and answered questions in their interactive notebooks.

• She then assigned each student a color of hat.  
• Students researched the answer for the question according to their hat color.
• They got into their hat color groups and researched for the answer to their question.
• Students then returned to their home groups and shared out their answers.

• Ross's students created videos using Let's Recap on what they learned about solar and lunar eclipses.
• After reviewing the videos, students brainstormed characteristics of the sun on a padlet.
• After engaging with the content, students took notes on the characteristics of the sun.
• Once they completed the notes in Google classroom, Ross gave the students eclipse glasses and they went outside to (safely) look directly at the sun.

• Students then looked at food chain vocabulary through Google Classroom.

• Students then read an excerpt from the book 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens.
• Their project for the rest of the year is to create a booklet with advice for themselves as they go into high school.
