We can change the path of light by putting it on a shiny surface then it will bounce off in a no there direction.Or you can point it at a red surface and it will go off in a red beam. We can see the beam of light wen we spray some expo marker stuff at the red laser pointer and we could see the red beam of light pointing at the sealing. When we did a experiment with water we put a sticker under a cup of water and when we looked under the cup and we didn't see the face.

It can be changed by water or glass and water but it has to be standing water because when mrs Queton sprayed the expo stuff it went right through it so my prediction is it has to be standing to make it change its path. I observed that it breaks or disappears when i put it on the side of the the glass at first it disappeared when i put it against the wall with the straw. at first I thought it was because it was hollow then I tried it with the Popsicle stick to see if it did the same thing but the Popsicle stick actually did the same thing so the i thought because it was small so then it tried the spoon and, the spoon got really big so i tried to figure out what mad the start and Popsicle stick disappear. My prediction is that it was because it was small so i put the penny in to see if it did that i couldn't figure out how to [put the penny against the side with out getting the water to float to the top and my hand take all the attention so i put the spoon against the side with the penny and it worked it you look at it with an angle it will kinda be in half so, it half way disappears but i thought of it being parallel to the bowl. I put the pencil in and it broke put disappeared half way through the pencil so i thought that it was parallel but it couldn't have a lot of material inside of the object to make it disappear. Then you go over to the emoji subject when you put the emoji under the glass with no water it you can still see it from the angle that it would go away. At so the refraction of the object to make the light rays bend so you can see the emoji on the top of the glass container instead of the bottom that kept me wondering if you turn the light off would it do the same thing. My prediction would be no because its the light that makes the light rays bend in refraction so it wouldn't work if you put it with no light.
