I found it reassuring that even though we had different paths when getting into teaching, we still share the foundations of student treatment within our classrooms. Regarding student treatment, your statement on student diversity is something I strive for so that my teaching can have an individualization the same as your presentation, as stated in your "The Teacher I Will Become" page as well. Though it might sound obvious, we should shout about safe spaces in classrooms as much as we can because it can only help our students, you saying something about it makes me respect what you are trying to fulfill for your students, and I am glad that we have teachers like you that will state the "obvious" because it allows everyone to know that students are safe within your classroom.
