         <description><![CDATA[<div>Take a look at our list of tips and suggestions you can use to digitally detox from overconsumption to help balance your screen time. Feel free to research using the websites provided below and/or your choice of other credible websites<br><br>1. Screens should be kept out of the bedroom.<br>2. Implement a media curfew a few hours before bedtime.<br>3. No phones out during family time (meals, playtime, reading time, movie time).<br>4. No phone usage in the car unless for GPS or music.<br>5. For children under age 2, no screen time (Choose instead unstructured play or human interaction).<br>6. Co-view programs with children and talk about the dangers.<br>7.
