Aralık ayı 1. etkinliğimiz Zerde tatlısı.  Osmanlı dönemlerindeki toplantıların vazgeçilmezlerindendi.Eski dönemlerde matem yemeği olarak bilinen Zerde  daha sonraları sünnetlerde düğünlerde ve özel günlerde servis edilmiştir. Zerde nin hammeddesi safrandır. Safran ın çok pahalı olması nedeniyle günümüzde fazla yapılmıyor.
