For example, at band practice this morning, the Superintendent of my school district came out to support the students AT PRACTICE. The kids were excited and worked hard, even after she left, because they felt seen by administration. Based on that knowledge and the syllabus, I feel like this course will help us, not only to become effective and organized leaders, but to be leaders who are approachable. Leading a staff and students means you must be willing to put in the work to make sure everyone is lead and cared for.
