This article will give student background knowledge about what is happening in Europe, (specifically Denmark, the setting of Number the Stars). As well as activate and engage their prior knowledge of World War II. The images will provide visualization of events, people, and symbols during that time.

Your lesson plan number 4 is strong because the activity seems to be very engaging. I really liked how you gave directions both orally and in written form as the students will be able to look at them again.
