         <description><![CDATA[<P>Dear 4E5, double click on the wall to post your comments. </P><P>Mr Smith - At the neutral wire, as it is not affected&nbsp;by the current flow. &nbsp;</P><P>Mr&nbsp;George - I think it should be placed at the earth wire as the earth wire can bring the excess current flow to the earth. </P><P>Mr Thomas-&nbsp;I think it should be placed at the live wire as once the fuse melts, it will break the circuit. </P>]]></description>
