I am interested in continuing to improve in my position as manager in a classroom. I think good managers should always be learning new things and trying to get better at planning, organizing, leading, and evaluating.

I don't like grading but it is a necessary part of the work that I do. Grades help my students get the feedback they need to know if they are reaching the learning goals.

The manager of a group sets the example for the people they lead. If By doing the right thing, I am more likely to have the trust of my colleagues and my students.

I am interested in a management position but would need experience as a normal employee first. It is a big role to be in that management position but over time I think it would be more in my interests.

Companies can strengthen the drive to succeed internally. But, also creates a strong relationship between employee and manager positions.

I stay pretty organized and focused with tasks I have been assigned by higher-up managers. If I'm given a project, I will get it done with minimal extra help.

its important because they help everyone and basically control a lot of the business, making sure people are on task and doing the right things and yet setting a positive example for the employees.

Sometimes, if things weren't getting done, I would take it upon myself and do them without my team. This wouldn't be good for a manager to do.

Managing ethically is important to all parties because if your team can trust you and come to you whenever there is a problem without worrying about getting in trouble, it creates a good working environment which leads to employees doing their jobs right and customer satisfaction.

I believe I have the ability to be a great manager and could take on a management position. I just don't think that all the stress that comes with that role/position is fun. The career is interesting though, and you could be in basically any industry you're interested in.

Aside from the ethics aspect, it would make you look bad as a manager if you were found to be acting unethically. Also, it's easier to just be honest than to have to stress about lies or issues with the company.

I think that it is very important to manage ethically because otherwise it is a bad look for the company. If you do something unethical as a manager then it could backfire on the company and end up hurting you more in the long run than if you try to cover something up.
