We had so many worries about that question. But finally we come up with an idea, and here is our answer of it.  We choose "teacher" who can help children to change the world. However, There are many children in the world who are poor, poorly educated, and living in disasters. Even they can not grow with their dreams and spread their hopes. That's the reason why teachers are needed to be with them. They can teach mathematics, science, etc as well as physical education, music, art, and technology for children. 
To save and change the world, it is not that difficult and not that vague.  We believe that Education is one of the way for it.  We want to water the world with love by teaching children.
