2.     This tedtalk shows obvious signs of how healthcare can create silos within the system. Discuss a time that you observed the creation of silos within healthcare and how it created ethical problems when providing care. How would you suggest we overcome some of the problems created? 

2) It has been argued that clinically engaged APRNs already have a fully daily agenda, and therefore are not in a position to take on additional responsibilities of influencing policies. Do you agree or disagree? What are some barriers to becoming informed and involved in healthcare policies? How will you combat these obstacles? 

In light of the growing cost of modern health care, are there lessons that our western healthcare system can learn from the way other parts of the world control healthcare costs?
