It gives us knowledge like computer . Television gives us entertainment . It is a bane as it is not good for our health like our eyes become weak . We our not connected to our friends . We do not meet our friends as we just got stuck with internet and computers .

Let's take an example of a mobile phone- it allows us to play games, watch movies, listen songs and many more things. Machine is a bane as it harms our eyes , makes us lazy, nervous system-brain . It keeps us away from our family and friends. Let's take example of mobile phones , computers and TV's - because of them we don't get time to spend with our families , it also also harms our body as we don't play outdoor games thus we become week and lazy too. So to avoid this we should make a planned chart and distributing time accordingly.
