Teaching is a very noble profession that shapes the character, behavior, emotion,cognitive, and future of an individual. If people remember me as a good teacher, that will be the biggest honor for me.

Teachers’ beliefs have been an interesting topic for researchers due to the input they provide for the improvement of English language teaching and learning. Teachers’ beliefs have a deep impact on their classroom principles. Teachers’ beliefs have a great impact on their aims, procedures, their roles, and their learners. Teachers have beliefs about language learning and these helped them get a special approach to language teaching. Then besides that, as a teacher, we should also believe that all of our students have good abilities and say to our students that all of them are clever and there is no stupid student in the world. They just may have different quality and quantity of their time for studying. By giving strong beliefs to our students in their abilities, it will encourage their intrinsic motivation to learn and learn.
