I'm suspicious of Mr. Stapleton because it sounds like he doesn't like people staying in the Baskerville hall. He also likes animals and I think a dog chases Sir Charles.
I'm also suspicious of Mr. Berrymore because he was the only person supposedly with Sir Charles. I think he could have killed him and then reported the death.
I also think it could be a magical hound because Watson heard howling in the moor. The dog could have chased him and killed him. At the crime scene it looks like Sir Charles had been chased and there was paw prints by the crime scene.
