It is believed that attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is for children, but unfortunately, many adults are dealing with such disorder! There is no cure for them and they can only overcome the side effects by strategies!
These people are different with others.
A study has shown that 85% of people with such disorder end up in jail or as a drug addict! They keep on failing because they are living in a world that hasn't been designed for them! Yet, they are being judged by normality! Their normal is different with others! Imagine 5 people are speaking to you all at once! It is what happens in their minds, they are thinking about 4-5 subject all at once and without any Obvious reason!
They can not manage their time and their brain gets bored easily and they tend to feed their brain by dopamine it needs, hence, they do things that its not their desires!
The fact that many live without knowing they are diagnosed with such disorder and they think that they are so stupid that they can not do things that others can easily do! They are very intelligent and they need assistance to overcome these symptoms!
Therefore, i would like to design an effective application for these people since i believe they have alot to offer to world cause they are surprisingly creative and great problem solvers!
Needless to mention i am one of them!

Many parents, especially in the sub-Saharan Africa are still sceptical in allowing their kids getting vaccinated because of some myth and tradition. Many kids still suffer from polio and measles which could have been prevented by early immunization. Using the media and organizing a door-to-door campaign about the benefits of immunizing and the risk involving by not immunizing the children. 
Operating a service base business in ensuring most people, especially in the rural area are fully aware that immunizing a child is actually not killing but saving the child, will help to achieve the immunizing goal without difficulty and save many lives.

Once they visit the facilitation center and it has been detected at the early stage, treatments such as HPV vaccine and pap smear can commence at either subsidized fee or completely free treatment.
Frequent awareness programs can be organized for all women to always get themselves checked for breast cancer by conducting self examination or avoid having unprotected sex to prevent the chances of cervical cancer.

Also people living with fibroid that has over grown and needs to be taken out should be operated on or referred to specialist hospitals at subsidized fees.

If we look around, we will notice that most of us are unhelthy, either physically, mentally or socially. I think if a number of group of individual come together and start by synsithizing the people or individuals about their health and later on can come together as a union to establish a sector where a team of health practioners including doctors and nureses are employed to educate these people on the benefits of eating healthily,exercise regularly, promote  drinking less alcohol intake and also, those smoking should be advised to quit, because nicotin which is a chemical substance contained in ciggarette has a negative effect on the lungs.
Clients who need counselling in different areas of their lives, a counselor will be vailable. Clients will have to pay 80% Consultations fees of the total fees.
