Ultimately that led to a transition to faculty development work rather than the traditional academic track through the ranks of professorship that I had been on. Then, when the Academy of Process Educators formed, the many colleagues I have met in the community have been so wonderful to work with that I truly look forward to opportunities to get together and collaborate.
