The Rio Grande is a river that separates the United States and Mexico. It is also considered a political boundary, this boundary was created to stop illegal immigrants from Mexico, from entering the United States. The border between the United States and Mexico stretches more than 3,200 kilometers. This border has become a known political issue between the two countries, especially the migration of illegal immigrants from Mexico to the United States, trade and drug and gun trafficking across the border. During his presidential campaign in 2016 Donald Trump made the building of a wall between the United States and Mexico a priority.

the definition of jurisdiction

The terminology of jurisdiction will be closely related to sovereignty and authority
countries. Every sovereign state that has been recognized has jurisdiction
to show his authority to his people or to the international community.
It is universally recognized that every country has the authority to regulate
actions within its own territory and other actions that can be
detrimental to the interests that must be protected.
Jurisdiction is the power or legal competence of the state against people,
object or event (law). State jurisdiction cannot
separated from the principle of state sovereignty (state souvereignty), a logical consequence of the principle
state sovereignty, because the state has the highest sovereignty or power within
territorial boundaries (territorial souvereignty).
The definition of state jurisdiction is much broader than the definition of sovereignty
state, because it is not limited to what is called territorial jurisdiction
as a consequence of territorial sovereignty, but also includes jurisdiction
states that are not a territorial jurisdiction (extra territorial jurisdiction
jurisdiction) whose existence comes from international law, such as jurisdiction
countries on auxiliary lines, EEZ, continental shelf, high sea, space and
other

Judiction territorial is a very clear jurisdiction regarding the territory of a country. the action acts to disturb other countries, but the problem can be resolved with the former colonial colony (colonialism) and see the best settlement among the disputing countries (effective administration).

There exist three types of jurisdictions, namely the legislative, executive, and judicial jurisdictions.

Legislative jurisdictions refer to the supremacy of a state institution recognized constitutionally to make binding laws within its territory. The state has the exclusive right to make laws and regulations in many fields.

Executive jurisdiction is concerned with the state's authority to act within the boundaries of another state because each state is independent and has sovereignty territorial.

Judicial jurisdiction concerns the judicial powers of the state specific to adjudicating cases where there are irrelevant factors
