state sovereignty, because the state has the highest sovereignty or power within
territorial boundaries (territorial souvereignty).
The definition of state jurisdiction is much broader than the definition of sovereignty
state, because it is not limited to what is called territorial jurisdiction
as a consequence of territorial sovereignty, but also includes jurisdiction
