 - JOHS data says: attendance on the lower side for a school, 20% of kids not graduating with cohort, decreased attendance since COVID, class cutting/disruption/disrespect cause most referrals, honor roll disparity.
 - Barriers: COVID immaturity, home issues, lack of respect from some parents and kids, no support at home and no investment in education in some cases, unmotivated learners, apathy, poor communication to home about HS expectations, in some cases it's systemic from elementary and middle school, every classroom needs to be on the same page when it comes to protocols (cell phones), lack of parent involvement.
