A government saying they want what's best for the people is contradictory to not letting the people choose. How is the government going to know what's best if they don't know what the people want or how they feel. If you put it on as background noise, it may entice you to watch it rather than finishing your task. For example people living in poverty, the government only sees that group of people needs prices lowered, when they really need more open opportunities like jobs, and a hold on bills until their able to pay them, and really probably just need help. She had some people over at her house. All of them were atheist and I don't think I was necessarily excluded from the group, but at that point in my life I still believed in Christianity.
