The Parthenon was initially proposed by Marcus Agrippa to defy he close friend Augustus Cassius Dio, Augustus refused the offer and instead he built it to defy Julius Ceasar. The Reichstag was built to commemorate the newly United Germany. The Parthenon had the Propylaea and had Doric features. While the Parthenon has many columns around/inside the building, the Reichstag has six columns only when you enter. The Reichstag includes windows for visibility, the Parthenon does not have any windows/opening for visibility.
