It is called Bruises by Chairlift. I wanted to show how the person in the drawing is okay, but they obviously did something that hurt them. Maybe they fell trying to help someone. The viewer can take their own reasons from it. I wanted to do a cool design that the more you look at, the more little details you see. When the viewer looks at where the colors merge, they are usually primary colors and form a new color where they intersect. I wanted to combine the colors from the collage and make the other parts black and white to provide contrast. The coffee stained circles that you see are intentional, and make the viewer feel like this piece was actually in the coffee shop that you see. I finished by adding ink to the corners of the piece. I think it brought out the vines more and made the piece brighter in a way.
