         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Incorporate daily food of all groups and perform at least 30 minutes of physical activity.<br><br>2. Take 8 glasses of safe water daily.<br><br>3. Consume 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily in a variety of types and colors<br><br>4. Reduce the use of salt and the consumption of foods with a high sodium content<br><br>5. Limit the consumption of sugary drinks and foods with a high fat, sugar and salt content.<br><br>6. Consume daily milk, yogurt or cheese, preferably skimmed.<br><br>7. When consuming meats remove visible fat, increase fish consumption and include egg<br><br>8. Eat legumes, preferably whole grains, potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn or cassava.<br><br>9. Consume raw oil as a condiment, dried fruits or seeds<br><br>10. The consumption of alcoholic beverages must be responsible. Children, adolescents and pregnant women should not consume them. Always avoid them when driving.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The average contribution of fat to total energy intake has dropped below the recommended maximum level of 35%, but the intakes of saturated fats are very high. For saturated fat the average intakes are 12.6% of energy in 11-18 years olds comparared to the recommended maximum level of 11%; and the same goes for the added sugars which the intakes are 15.3% and the recommemded maximum level is 11%.&nbsp;<br>Also the averege fibres intakes are lower than recommended.&nbsp; &nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There is evidence of inadequate micronutrient intakes in some groups, especially teenagers (11-18 years olds. <br>Girl teenagers consumes low amount of iron an also low intakes of vitamin a, riboflavin, calcium, magnesium, potassium, selenium, zinc and iodine.  <br>Besides there is evidence of socioeconomic inequalities ( children from families with lower incomes tend to have lower intakes of vegetables and fruit (2.9 portions a day) than children from families with higher incomes (3.9 portions a day).   </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In England, only 7% of the boys achieved the recommendation of at least 60 minutes a day, the girls didn't achieved the target an deven 96% had low activity levels. <br>Obesity remains a problem among Schoolchildren and there is a socioeconomic diference with levels of obesity being highest in the most socially deprived children (13.7% are obese in the least deprived group and 24.3% in the  most ones) and almost 1 in 10 children english children are obese when they start school and 2 in 10 are at the age of 11.  <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One in five Argentine children suffers from nutrition problems in their day to day in the country<br>from all centers to citizens between 0 and 18 years old during the period between 2010 and 2015. t was indicated that one out of every four children (26.6%) received direct daily food coverage exclusively in school canteens in that same year.<br><br>According to this survey, which only includes children between 6 months and 5 years, and women between 10 and 17 years, the percentage of children with malnutrition is 3.8%, to which we should add those who suffer from emaciation (extreme thinness caused by transitory issues), which is 1.2 percent. Among women, 3.4% have a low body mass index.&nbsp;<br>in Argentina 2.3% of children under 5 years of age would be underweight<br><br>21.4% of households in the country with children suffer from hunger problems. Even 6.6% of households in the country with children are at "severe risk".</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div>A survey was conducted among 500 children from two different schools (one in a village and the other in the city) and the food of most children in both schools was little varied: low daily consumption of cereals, legumes, fruits, vegetables and fish; and approximately 50% consumed soft drinks and artificial juices daily.          <description><![CDATA[<div>All the children did physical activity school twice a week and there is a greater proportion of children in the city who never perform physical activity outside of school. Only 25% of children in both schools meet the recommended daily 60 minutes of physical activity. Most make more than 3 hours a day to sedentary activities. The prevalence of overweight and obesity in both schools was similar (approximately 40%)</div>]]></description>
