Then she will finalize the class for the master schedule after she looks at the conflicts such athletics.

When we have our tryout meeting in January/February, we will tell them that they might not be able to have certain classes that they signed up for if they make the team. I met with our principal and head counselor and they said when they meet with students in dec/Jan, they will have a place for them to put cheer if they make it.

This information will be communicated with all students/parents at the informational parent meeting in February.  

I am working with our counselors in  communicating this same information in their middle school presentations and during scheduling sessions.
