         <description><![CDATA[<p>What Is the best way to burn Body Fat?</p><p>One of the best ways to lose body fat is to consume less calories than you burn.<br>Also you should eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a midlife crisis, and dinner like a college kid.</p><p>Drinking black coffee before you work out also helps burn fat quickly. </p><p>Another tip is to eat five to six small meals every day. </p><p>Lastly you could take dietary supplements to help burn fat.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>How do you know when you are in shape?</p><p>Physical fitness consists of important measures such as&nbsp;cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and flexibility. One can't be in shape unless they exercise. Muscular endurance and body composition are the two most important things when considering yourself "in shape". The&nbsp;Yuhasz Method is a test to measure total fat percentages which may explain if you are physically fit. Once you are able to do what you ask of your body, you can consider yourself physically fit "in shape".</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>1. Eat a healthy diet with a calorie intake of 2000 per day and no more than 25-35% should be fats.</p><p>2. Make sure you do resistance training to make sure you are losing body and not lean.</p><p>3. Get aerobic exercise because it encourages your body to burn stored fat as fuel.</p><p>4. To reduce calories select nutrient dense foods and enjoy smaller portions of foods&nbsp;high in fat, sugar, and sodium.</p><p>5. Consume fewer calories than you burn because aerobic exercise burns around 350 calories&nbsp;in the average man.</p>]]></description>
