If we mention about beauty standards it must be related to capitalism. This is because, both combine to create beauty standards which cause the majority to be attracted to meet these standards especially women. Furthermore, when majority of people demands the products so beauty companies like L'Oréal, Uniliver and Coty will supply the beauty products to fulfill their customer needs and it show that beauty measurements sustain in economy aspect.

Nevertheless, as for social aspect it is not sustainable because if people want to follow this beauty measurements they will end up hurting themself. Why I said this?.. The reason is to achieve this standard humans tends to do plastic surgery, do not eat in order to diet and avoid obesity and also try to use any cosmetics products without know their ingredients is suitable or not for their skin. Maybe it will give us satisficed at first but not for a long time and it can bring negative impacts on ourselves. For example, plastic surgery can causes blood loss, infection and seroma.

Next, beauty standards are also unsustainable for the environment because the materials used to make cosmetics and beauty products such as mica need to be dug causing a lot of potholes and trees to be cut down. This situation has the potential for natural disasters. From this, we can conclude that beauty measurement is unsustainable.

Lastly, from what I learn it is hard for us to achieve sustainable when we use man-made laws. Although, we have to follow the Sustainer laws that set by the Sustainer to achieve sustainability in all aspects.
