Gieni  : I’m fine too Amel. Guys, yesterday, I read the newspaper about job vacancy at Sumut Bank. They need the Customer Service. What do you know about responsibility of the Customer Service?

Indri  : I think the Responsibility of Customer Service is to serve customer by providing Information.

Amelia: As I know The Responsibility of Customer Service is responding the request.

Lisbeth: And I think The responsibility of Customer Service are resolving problems and collecting revenue. But It’s Enough, we must know about the duties of Customer Service. Do you know what are the duties of The Customer Service?

Amelia: The Duties of customer service are initiates service by recording request, forwarding to dispatching, collects revenue by receiving and recording payments.

Indri  : Customer Service has the duties such as improves quality results by evaluating processes, recommending changes, and updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. As I know, If we want to be a customer service, we need Skills too. Do you know what are the Skills of a Customer Service?

Gieni  : In my opinion, The customer service should have the verbal communication, resolving conflict, multi-tasking, and general math skills.

Lisbeth: I think promoting process improvement, thoroughness, and quality focus are the skills of the customer service. Do you want to apply for the Customer service, Gieni?

Putri : We are discusing about job, especially cashier.

Mona : Do you know cashier Ruri?

Ruri : i know but not much. Cashier usually in restaurant, public services, swalayan, etc.

Febri : What's the responsibility of a cashier? Mona : Cashier has job responsibilities to obtain payment for goods by itemizing and totaling customer's purchases Putri : So,what does a cashier do? Mona : cashier has the job duties such as,the first one itemizes and totals purchases by recording price,departments,taxable, and nontaxable items. and then discount purchases by redeeming coupons Febri : And cashier also has job duties to enters price changes by retering to price sheets. And collets payments by accepting cash,chech.or changes payments from customers Ruri : And then what are skills of a cashier you know? Putri : As i know cashier must has many skills, they are polite,friendly,and honest. And the second one cashier must capable to use or operate computer Febri : and then i think cashier must capable to count money or have a good skills to total purchases. Ruri : So,do you want to be cashier Putri? Putri : Yes i do Ruri : And you mona? Mona : Yes,i want Ruri : How about you febri? Febri : I will think it later.. How about you Ruri?
