I had the opportunity to participate in several very informative sessions. I was allowed to choose which sessions I felt would be most applicable to my school. I was able to learn from very experienced school psychologists and other professionals.

We learned the importance of mindfulness and well-being. We learned several strategies that can be used personally and implemented in the school setting. There was great discussion regarding the language versus disability question. We also learned about how to effectively use interpreters for evaluations and meetings.
