         <description><![CDATA[<p>How to Make a Sandwich</p><p>Ingredients:</p><p>2 slices of bread</p><p>1 tablespoon of mayonnaise</p><p>Lettuce leaves</p><p>2 slices of tomato</p><p>2 slices of cheese</p><p>1 slice of ham</p><p>Steps:</p><p>Take two slices of bread.</p><p>Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice.</p><p>Place lettuce leaves on one slice.</p><p>Add tomato slices on top of the lettuce.</p><p>Place cheese and ham on the other slice.</p><p>Combine both slices together, mayonnaise sides facing in.</p><p>Cut the sandwich in half and serve.</p>]]></description>
