And due to the lack of action by the king, the people took it upon themselves. An angry mob stormed and attacked the Bastille prison. This event was an outcry to France and the start of the French Revolution.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

Many conflicts and seesaws ensued between these two nations. Ultimately, the French fleet was wiped out, leading to a retreat from Napoleon’s army. The biggest deficit was Napoleon’s army being heavily outnumbered. Despite this deficit, Napoleon came out on top, defeating the coalition. Trafalgar was a passage that could be the key to invading the mainland. Fleets consisted of French in Spanish arms. After a long fight, the British army ultimately won. The greatest Navy in the world was too much for these two countries. This ensured an invasion of Britain would happen and gave naval superiority to Britain.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

What Napoleon did not take into consideration, was the harsh winters and inhabitable roads. Napoleon’s forces were heavily unprepared. Supplies were scarce and skirmishes were too often for the French army. This was a costly war and set the stage for Napoleon’s downfall.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Finally, Napoleon was exiled to an island called Saint Helena, in the Atlantic Ocean. Napoleon was exiled to the island from 1815 to 1821. To ensure that another escape does not happen, the British governor had heavy surveillance on him at all times. Due to the lack of living conditions on the island, a plane ended up dying on May 5, 1821, at the age of 51 from stomach cancer.</p>]]></description>
