         <description><![CDATA[<div>Pan de arroz is a traditional recipe in Villavicencio, it’s made with rice, milk, butter, curd, vegetal oil, and salt.<br><br></div><div>For this preparation you will new the following ingredients:<br><br></div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; ½ Kg of rice</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; ½ Kg of curd</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; ¼ Kg of butter</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1 cup of milk</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Salt<br><br></div><div>Preparation:<br><br></div><div>1.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Wash the rice as first step, for that we’ll help with a small container, we’ll add ½ kg of rice and 2 liters of water in the container, let it rest for 3 hours, it’ll help remove the starch that rice has giving a better consistency to the bread.</div><div>2.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; After we washed the rice and drained the water, we put the dry rice in a blender with the ½ kg of curd, blend until we get a fine flour.</div><div>3.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Once we obtained the fine flour for step 2, we put it in a large container, add ¼ kg of butter, a cup of milk and salt as desired, mix it until you get a malleable mass.</div><div>4.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; With our mass prepared we take a little dough to make a 20 centimeters stick, once we make the stick join the two ends and we put it in a train, do it until you get out of mass of there’s no space left for more sticks, then get the train to the oven.</div><div>5.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Put the train in the oven at 250 °C for 20 mins.<br><br></div><div><em>Original recipe: </em><a href="https://www.comidascolombianas.com/pan-de-arroz-llanero/"><em>https://www.comidascolombianas.com/pan-de-arroz-llanero/</em></a><em><br><br></em><br></div>]]></description>
