I'm relieved that I passed, but I know I can do better next time.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Follow-Up Questions</strong>:</p><p>1. Some people might get offended even thought it was not intended to them. It could even  lead to conflict and misunderstandings.</p><p><br></p><p>2. Sarcasms can make messages unclear on social media, especially for people who don't know you well. They may not catch that you're joking or being real. Sarcasms heavily depends on the vocal tone and your face expression. Without these two, others may not realize your true intentions or meanings which can lead to confusion or misunderstandings.</p><p><br></p><p>3. He is more used to formal and straightforward messages and will take messages seriously as he doesn't always use figure of speech like Alex does. Taylor on the other hand, has a serious approach when it comes to work so making jokes in a sarcastic manner may come across as rude.</p><ol start="2"><li><p>What strategies can be used to avoid misunderstandings in group chats, especially in multicultural teams?</p></li></ol><p>Use more easy and concise words while also maintaining an informal tone.
