         <description><![CDATA[<div><em>Students with IEP's are often put in CTE classes. Sometimes these students out perform others in the lab. Their peers also recognize their abilities. While testing IEP students are often given special circumstances when not necessarily needed . A teacher must follow the IEP for that particular student. Question: should they&nbsp; be graded by the same rubric ?</em></div>]]></description>
