Stay on their feet ---> if preventing a legal turnover, "off feet" penalty.

BUT

if going off feet after legally contesting/removing a threat, or accidentally fell/tripped, ok.

Manage verbally ---> "no hands", "get out of the ruck", "you're off your feet now"

• Scrum breaks apart for one team, either they unbind, go up or go down. "collapsing" penalty

Ensure only 1 receiver on each side (can have one or none)
