Bob Ross is the superior artist when compared to Casper David Freiderich, because Bob Ross's work has a more passionate feel to it. Additionally, plays wit the value scale more often than Casper, which results in more in depth pieces. Bobs values play with hue, contrast, and saturation, giving it a more vibrant color spectrum.
Bob Ross focuses on nature scenes, with only one third of his drawings having a man-made characteristic. He generally focuses on making happy little trees. He is able to make his techniques simply and easy for others to follow, and this in itself makes him a better artist because you learn while you teach, he was able to break it down.

Bob Ross was the better artist because he added more emotion and value to his pieces. He also sometimes had simple art which added to the art's meaning. Bob Ross additionally messed with shadows to contrast the elements in his art. He made specific focal points stand out while he balanced the background as well. Bob Ross used different mediums in his art too, he explored with them more than Capser David Friedrich did. One could argue that Casper David friendrich was the better artist because for his time he was successful at making his art seem realistic. This is true however, Bob Ross made his art accessible for others to recreate, and he still made his art complex, which makes him the more skilled artist. The image above shows Bob Ross's use of harmony, and contrast. He used different values to add to the depth of the art. He made the trees, the river and the mountain top stand out in the image, he was good at picking focal points in the images.

I think both artists have great prices, however Bob Ross' art is more well known and have more praise. I think this is because of his use of point of views and color. His prices are more interactive. Friedrich's art is more dark and blured, but Ross uses light sources in multiple different places. There for Bob Ross' art is better.

In my opinion Bob Ross is better because his art is more colorful and lively. He uses more color and sharper lines, while Caspar David Freiderich’s paintings are more blurred and muted. Bob Ross uses more contrast of colors and shadows of different values, which makes it more interesting.

i think both artist have great pictures but i think Caspar david friedrich has a better sense of taste, yeah it's true that bob ross pictures are colorful and lively but friedrich has more details in his pantings and his artwork is way more clearer.

In my opinion,

Caspar david friedrich is the better artist. When it comes to landscapes, Bob ross did a great job capturing the beauty nature has and how bright the outdoors really is. Caspar david friedrich, however, seemed a bit more creative, instead of only capturing the landscapes he put his own twist on them. He made them dark and sharp. From the research, bob ross painted what seemed to be normal looking landscapes, as real looking as they were, they didn’t quite capture my interest. When it comes to being a better artist, i chose Friedrich because he made the landscapes his own, they were unlike any I’ve seen in real time and they were painted real enough that they captured my attention.

Personally, I thing that Casper David Freiderich is the better artist because his paintings use color to convey depth and meaning while Bob Ross only paints pretty pictures. The composition of Freiderich's paintings is superior because they paintings are more intriguing to the eye rather than Ross's which are just pretty to look at

Casper is a better artist than Bob because his use of colors goes beyond that of a normal perspective. I liked looking at Caspers art, especially becuse you can tell that the colors aren't as vivid, but he still makes his art look real. Bob's colors are vivid and bright and because of that the scenes look less realistic.

It vanished, there wa some but this took me a while sooooooo....

Do you have any idea how confused I am by your response? What happened to the end of the sentence? 🤗 -O’Ryan

In my opinion I feel Casper David Freiderich is a better artist. It is not such a "better artist" but who has the most aesthetic technique. Bob Ross uses the wet on wet method with his landscapes, colors and shapes blending together to form "his own little world." Bob Ross creates soft edges to make his landscapes, and even simple touches can create something beautiful. But when it comes to Casper, his work seems more detailed and precise, realism evident in his pieces. Casper uses more delicate strokes and more precise of an eye to gather the perfect seemingly melancholy pieces of work. That is another difference between the artists. Bob Ross creates a story with his words, but Casper creates one with his detail and his carefully placed color palette to pull emotions from people who look at his artwork.
