         <description><![CDATA[<div>Don't forget to practice performance task skills!<br><br>Ideas of how to further the kids understanding of real world problems: exposure, pictures, motion, etc. Thanks!!!<br><br>We teachers need to provide a lot more opportunities for children to do this type of work.<br><br>Kids need more opportunities to practice such intensive / multi-step problems like these.<br><br>I will provide more opportunities to give my students to practice the skills for the performance task.<br><br>We see that our students need multi-step problems and need patience to go back and look at the information again.<br><br>Keep practicing and modeling performance tasks. They are very intricate, and each step should be modeled and explained.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Seeing that we have same struggles as other schools / working together.<br><br>The issues that I am having with performance tasks are not unique. Teachers across the district are facing the same challenges.<br><br>We are all in the same boat. Kids are the same across the board. <br><br>By reflection and sharing, I was able to understand other schools' problems and concerns as well as solutions.</div>]]></description>
