         <description><![CDATA[<div>The conflicts between groups in Niger mainly consisted of anti-terrorist issues.They have felt the turbulence of neighboring states because of the armed extremist and Taureg separatist movements.They also feel the effect of Nigeria’s political and religious violence and Libya’s state collapse. Niger has taken on the role of anti-terrorist operations and efforts to fight Boko Haram. Niger also faced periods of rebellion in Taureg communities during the late 90’s and early 2000’s.The conflicts between groups in Niger majorly revolve around taking action against terrorists and extremists.</div>]]></description>
