The Information wall should contain the following:

-Identify The Ten Commandments of Computer Ethics

-Insert possible resources (e.g. images, videos, sound) that would aid people in complying with these rules.

-Address the following questions within this information wall.

I think students often violate the commandment regarding piracy "Thou shalt not copy or use proprietary software for which you have not paid." I also believe students are most likely to violate the commandment regarding plagiarism “Thou shalt not appropriate other people’s intellectual output."

I think the main reason for students using piracy is due to lack of funds to outright just buy the product or service they want to use, or that it is simply just easier then using the service itself. I know people who have pirated movies and services before that wouldn't have a problem paying. It is just that these services make it extremely difficult on the user. Take the NBA for example they have made it extremely difficult for the average fan to enjoy and watch their teams play, this is because they have made several different apps/services that do not include every game like they used to. So not only do you have to pay more just to watch every team play, it is harder to access and is very confusing to the average user. On pirated streaming services every game is right there listed clearly without the limitations that the NBA promotes. As for plagiarism I just think a lot of students are lazy and see it as a quick fix to save themselves the work of writing a paper or assignment.

I think for plagiarism the best way to combat it is professor's instituting harsh penalties as well as checking every students work thoroughly although I know that is not very realistic as the workload would be too high. Piracy can be stopped/reduced by making services more affordable to students and optimized for a good user experience. A lot of services I use give great discounts if you can prove you are a student.
