The song (Bulls in the Bronx) contained loud drums, guitar solos, and lyrics that were screamed vigorously. Besides my dislikes of the genre of the particular song, the song had an emotional reasoning for why it was made. Moreover, some fans had written a letter to the band and informed them about their friend killing herself. This sparked the creation for this song because the band (Pierce the Veil) wanted to encourage others to let loose of their problems and try to enjoy the small things in life. An example of this genre was the usage of the lyrics that were screamed. The screamed lyrics created a deeper impact to the meaning of life. Another example includes the drum solos. These solos gave the listener time to analyze the parts of the lyrics and relate it to their life. I still don't like this genre because I don't have the time to analyze each heavy metal song.
