Jenny Williamson furthers her work against sex trafficking through training and public policy. She has trained over 15,000 people on sex trafficking and trauma care and has even written a comprehensive curriculum on this. She has also made presentations on sex trafficking before lawmakers, healthcare workers, social workers, and law enforcement professionals.

Outside of her organization, Jenny Williamson is a board member and chief financial officer of an energy consulting company called Williamson Energy Inc. She co-owns it with her husband.
