Rolling the Dough, we had to roll the dough to make the shape of our rolls and to stretch the dough.
Reflection: Next time we need to have an Evan bigger sheet to have more rolls than we got.

Baking, we needed to heat the rolls and to make sure they did not burn.
Reflection: Next time we should have a person watching the oven at all times.

Cleaning, we had to make sure that all of the equipment was sanitary for the next group.
Reflection: Next time I should try to clean even more.
