The CRC lists many different rights that all children under the age of eighteen should have ,such as:

-Cicil rights : like the right to name a country and nationality

-Political rights

-Economics rights : like the right to a decent standard of living

- Social rights:like the right to education and health care

- Cultural rights :like the right to enjoy one's own culture

The CRC had once said that all children should have these right without any discrimination or unfair treatment. It emphasises that the best interests of the child should be the top priority in all decisions and actions that affect the children.

Know more about it:

https://www.coe.int/en/web/compass/convention-on-the-rights-of-the-child

After a terrible event in 1994, the country worked hard to improve education.

Free Education: The Rwanda government made primary school free so more children could attend

Equal Access: They encouraged both girls and boy to go to the school

Community support: Local people helped schools by getting involved and showing how important education is

Because of these effort, more children in Rwanda are learning to read and write.
